Is there any warranty for Repairs?
We provide 90 days parts and labor warranty on all repairs that we do, exclusions may apply.
How long does the Repair process take?
Depending on the device and the problem, the repair can be as quick as 30 minutes but also can take up to next business day. This is excluding shipping and receiving transit time for mail in orders.
Do you offer discounts on multiple repairs?

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What if after an estimate I decide that I don’t want to fix my device?
If you decide not to fix your device for whatever the reason might be, you have couple of options.
Either, we will ship your device back to you by the shipping method that was chosen at checkout.
Or, we can give you an offer for your device through our buy-back program.
What will happen if you can’t repair my device?
There will be no charge to you; we will ship back your device free of charge.

If I have repair part that is needed to be replaced on my device can you do it for me?
Unfortunately no, we use only our own parts for repairs.
