The warranty provides the protection and peace of mind for the customer.  Direct Repair warranties all of its parts and repairs for a period of ninety days (90) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to be presented by the customer.

If the device that was purchased or had been serviced by Direct Repair should malfunction, it must be returned to Direct Repair store or one of its service centers. The device will be inspected by highly trained technician to determine the reason for the malfunction.  If it will be determined that there was no damage caused by customer or third party, the unit will be repaired free of charge. However, the warranty is void if the damage caused by the customer or third party. The warranty is void if the device shows any signs of physical damage, moisture/liquid exposure, high heat exposure, software modifications, improper repair by someone other than Direct Repair, misuse or abuse of the device.

The warranty is not transferrable to any other device or any other customer. The warranty is void if the device has been sold, lost or given away by the original customer.
